This is a quilted strip from Gingiber’s colorful, nature inspired “Meadowmere” fabric collection attached to an antique spool. As you unwind the strip, it reveals a quote from a charming poem about mushrooms, by Joyce Sidman. “They spread their damp umbrella tops and loose their spores with silent POPS!”
Slow and machine stitched from 100% cotton. Strip is 62” in length and is 2 inches wide. The antique wooden spool is 3 1/4” tall. There is a tiny metal snap closure with a burnt orange ribbon bow. A charming gift for someone who loves fungi.
